Services, checked just now

  • Sign-in and licenses: problem

Sign-in is not reachable; Macs keep working offline on their current license.

  • Update feed

Installed copies can check for and install updates.

  • Downloads

Installers and updates download from get.optiflume.ai.

  • Subscriptions: problem

Checkout is unavailable right now; existing subscriptions are not affected.

OptiFlume decides on your Mac, so switching keeps working even when a service here is down.

Automatic model switching

In every tool, if something goes wrong, your prompt goes through unchanged on your own model.

  • Cursor

Working on all supported Cursor versions.

  • Claude Code and Codex

No versions paused; version pauses apply only to Cursor.

“Automatic switching is paused on this Cursor version”

A Cursor update changed something OptiFlume relies on. Suggestions keep working, and OptiFlume updates itself when a fix is released. To install the fix as soon as it is out, run optiflume update in Terminal.

“Needs Accessibility permission” in Cursor

In Cursor, Accessibility permission lets OptiFlume finish an automatic switch and send your prompt on the new model. It is optional: without it, OptiFlume suggests the model and you switch yourself. To turn it on, open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and turn on Cursor. OptiFlume notices when you return to Cursor; if it doesn’t, restart Cursor. Claude Code and Codex never need it.

Anything else

Run optiflume doctor in Terminal. It checks every part of the install and tells you what to fix. If it cannot, run optiflume doctor --bundle and email the file it saves to your Desktop to support@optiflume.ai. It contains no prompts or code.
