Account, Macs and billing
One account, one plan, every Mac you use. Everything here is in the console at optiflume.ai/console.
Your account
Sign in with Google, GitHub, Apple or a link sent to your email. There is no password to create. If you later sign in with another of these using the same email address, that method is added to the same account. The console has six sections: Overview, Macs, Settings, Usage, Billing and Account.
The free trial
Your 30 days of Pro start the first time a Mac on your account signs in, with no card. The trial is once per person: signing in again with the same email, or with a Google, GitHub or Apple login already used, continues the original trial dates. What the trial includes, and the free tier after it, are in Free tier and Pro.
Macs
Use OptiFlume on as many Macs as you like, on one account and one plan. To add a Mac, install OptiFlume on it and sign in from VS Code, from Cursor, or with optiflume login.
Macs in the console lists every signed-in Mac with when it connected and when it last checked in, plus each Mac’s activity and OptiFlume version over the last 30 days. OptiFlume never collects your Mac’s name or serial number, so Macs are listed by when they connected.
To sign a Mac out:
- On that Mac:
optiflume logout. Prompts then go straight through until you sign in again. - From anywhere: Sign out next to it in Macs. It stops receiving your plan at its next check-in, and keeps its current license until that license expires.
Subscribe
Pro is $6.99 a month or $69 a year. Subscribe at optiflume.ai/subscribe. One subscription covers every Mac on your account, and Cursor, Claude Code and Codex on each. To turn Pro on straight away, run this on the Mac:
optiflume refreshIn Cursor, the Turn on Pro in Cursor button on the page you land on does the same. Otherwise each Mac picks up the new plan at its next check-in, within about 12 hours. If you subscribe at the founding price, you keep it for as long as the subscription runs.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Managed Payments, with Link (a Stripe service) as the merchant of record. OptiFlume never sees or stores your full card number.
Invoices, card and plan changes
In the console, open Billing and choose Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can download invoices, update your card, and cancel or resume the subscription. You can also manage it at link.com.
Cancel
Cancel any time from the billing portal, or email support@optiflume.ai from the address on your account and we will cancel it for you. There are no further charges. Pro continues to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account moves to the free tier. Until then you can resume from the same portal.
Refunds
- Yearly plans: cancel and ask, and we refund the whole months that have not started. Pro ends when the refund is made.
- Partial months are not refunded; you keep Pro to the end of the period instead.
- Charged in error (after cancelling, twice, or without your authorization): refunded in full when you ask within 14 days.
The full policy, with examples, is at Refunds.
Delete your account
In the console, go to Account, choose Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. If you last signed in more than a day ago, you are asked to sign in again first. Deleting:
- cancels a running subscription immediately so it never renews. Pro ends at once, with no refund for the current period;
- removes your sign-in methods, trial and plan, stored usage rollups and settings;
- signs out every Mac on the account at its next check-in.
It cannot be undone. Signing up again later does not start a new trial. Stripe keeps its own payment and invoice records. Deleting the account does not remove OptiFlume from your Macs; on each Mac, run:
optiflume uninstall --purgeWhat we hold about you, and for how long, is in the Privacy policy.
